This beauty came out of the Oceanview mine on the first day of the trip!

Our take in Tourmaline – several pinks, a few greens, one dark blue and several nice blacks
(shorl).

A little Aquamarine – only one that is actually cutting material. Ellen Moe found a really nice bi- color Beryl that was Aqua that went into Morganite at the opposite end.
We found some really nice quartz points in both crystal quartz and a couple really nice smokies – the iron stained bright orange points were from the Oceanview.

I couldn’t resist bringing home some Mica – really wish I could get more of the color in the photo – this June Gloom is killing my photos.

I did get a couple of pieces of Spodumene – the pink is Kunzite – but I don’t know what the green is if it isn’t Hiddenite – whoever thought of naming stones for their local …
