My View – Whaley Studio on BlogTalkRadio!

by Robyn Hawk on July 24, 2009

BlogTalkRadio is a format that lots of people are using to bring attention to either their service, trade or personal talent.

Recently, one of the people making their way in this venue is Jay Whaley of Whaley Studios – why Blog Talk Radio you ask? I think that the answer to this would be two-fold:

1. Jay is offering workshops at his San Diego Design Studio – this format showcases his expertise.

2. Jay, as an instructor is commited to education and truly enjoys discussing technique with people who are
“doing it”.

After 3 months of this, Jay has settled into the format and his interviews have only gotten better. His range of interviews is nothing short of wonderful!

From Brian Meek on Korean Damascene to Daniel Ballard,
of Precious Metals West metals and the refinery processes.

At the end of each show there is a Q&A session – you can
participate through call-in or my favorite log on to the Whaley Studios Page at BlogTalk Radio site and
you can join in on the “chat”!

So take a minute to go to Whaley Studio at BlogTalkRadio
get caught up with the archived episodes. Well Done Jay!!!
About Jay & Whaley Studios:
This is and has been a passion of mine for some time. I am the head instructor at the University of California, San Diego, Crafts Center and also the owner/operator of Whaley Studios in the Hillcrest District of San Diego. During our program, my intention is to discuss, educate, problem solve and entertain callers while we consider topics of interest in the metal smith and jewelry making trades.

From Jay’s assistant and communications person – Teresa Masters:
