This moonstone was a total impulse buy for me, but I think you can see why I couldn't resist these charming gemstones.
These pretty earrings each have a single smooth pear-shaped rainbow moonstone gemstone dangling from handmade elongated sterling silver ear wires. The moonstone has nice clarity for moonstone, but it does have inclusions – shown in the photos. It is mostly clear in color with a nice blue flash. The stones measure approximately 7x13mm, and the earrings measure 1 3/8 inches (3.3cm) in overall length from the tops of the ear wires.
Moonstone is one of June's birthstones.
