This moonstone was a total impulse buy for me, but I think you can see why I couldn't resist these charming gemstones.
These pretty earrings each have a single smooth pear-shaped rainbow moonstone gemstone dangling from sterling silver ear wires. The moonstone has nice clarity for moonstone, but it does have inclusions – shown in the photos. It is mostly clear in color with a nice blue flash. The stones measure approximately 8x14mm, and the earrings measure just a bit over 1 1/4 inches (3.3cm) in overall length from the tops of the ear wires.
Moonstone is one of June's birthstones.
I now offer niobium or titanium ear wires at no additional charge for my metal-sensitive customers. The titanium wires are a dark silver color, and the niobium ones are a copper color. Just let me know when you check out if you are interested in these options.
