These earrings have 8x4mm faceted marquis-cut grade A almandite garnet gemstones, which I set into pre-made sterling silver prong settings. The garnet is almandite (also called almandine), which is a beautiful deep mahogany red. Each sterling silver setting has six prongs holding the sparkling gemstones in place.
Garnet is January's birthstone.
