It has a deep mahogany glow that seems to come from within. <\/p>\n<p>Each of these earrings has a single round red tigereye stone (8mm), accented by sterling silver beads and a beadcap, dangling from long hand-formed sterling silver ear wires. These earrings measure just a bit over 1 1\/2 inches (37mm) in length from the tops of the ear wires.<\/p>\n<p>What a lovely way to add a splash of red to your outfit!<\/p>\n<p>About sterling silver:<br \/>Sterling silver is an alloy consisting of a minimum of 92.5% silver (the other 7.5% is typically copper). I choose to use solid sterling instead of plated metal in my work because it is my experience that plating wears off.
