Create a loop on one end for the knurl to pass through and secure the bracelet with the leather cord.  Simple overhand knots are all that is needed to space the links and give a nice flexibility to the bracelet.  All in all, a simple, clean, and profitable bracelet style.

In order to thread all of the elements together,  the links need to be separated from the supports, and holes must be carefully drilled in two locations on either side of the links.

One of the handles has a little rouge finish to bring up the polish.  The other cocobola and the ebony handle have no finish on them for now, but I think a little beeswax may be all I put on.  All three were drilled out in the back and epoxied to the quick change elements.

the second pass is done with a o.5 mm tapered ball bit.  The same feed rate and RPM is used.

The first pass is done with a 2mm ball mill.  The milling feed rate needs to be slowed down in comparison to milling wax.  I ran this at 800 mm / min  with the spindle speed rotating at 20000 rpm.
