I don&#8217;t have any new exercises to share right new, but I&#8217;ve found the hand movements from bellydance to be very helpful for relaxing the hands (rippling fingers, wrist rotations, etc.).  For the moment, the hand therapist had two suggestions:  (1) wear a splint at night and as often as possible when  I&#8217;m not working to rest the hand and (2) take a break from wire work, etc., every 45 minutes or so.
