Just before I got in the car to drive home yesterday I went to one last event…The presentation of the winners of the Platinum Innovation Awards were announced at a special press conference at JCK Las Vegas.<\/span><\/p>\n

This year two awards were given in 7 categories – one was chosen at an Editors event that included editorial staff from all of the respected Jewelry and Fashion Publications, Blogs and Organizations. <\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/a>The second was chosen from the show floor at JCK Las Vegas by the Buyers attending. In a voting system much like Dancing With The Stars, various pieces throughout the show were marked with labels that instructed shoppers to text an identifying number to the PGI phonebank where the votes were tallied and<\/span> announced Sunday night.<\/span><\/p>\n
The event was beautiful – the models stunning and the winning jewels spectacular!!!<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span>The room buzzed with the excitement of Press, Designers and Industry leaders present. I caught a few shots of the winning pieces from the announcement event and will share them with you – professional shots will be coming soon.<\/span><\/div>\n

PGI-USA announces the winners of the 3rd annual JCK 2012 Platinum Innovation Awards. Winners were chosen in 7 different design categories. An \u201cEditor\u2019s Choice\u201d and \u201cBuyer\u2019s Choice\u201d were chosen in each design category, as well as \u201cBest in Show\u201d Award which was selected as a culmination of all votes.<\/span><\/div>\n
