(MASSC &#8211; <\/span><\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.massconline.com\/\"><em><span>http:\/\/www.massconline.com<\/span><\/em><\/a><em><span> ).<\/span><\/em><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>The following question has come up several times on forums: <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span>May I ask what files or tools do you use to file the edges inside the piercings so smooth?<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><span><\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span>If you want a great trick to get into tiny piercings&#8230;<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_dYOW3_y9xoY\/SXeL9002_qI\/AAAAAAAABFg\/TleYtkavfUc\/s1600-h\/Judy+2.JPG\"><span><img alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/dailyjewel.userblogs.ganoksin.coms\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-o-matic\/cache\/00ba0_Judy+2.JPG\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span>Take a sheet of sand paper (choose appropriate grit for your piece) <\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span>Turn it grit side down on the table<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span>Cover the back of it with strips of packing tape (the kind with the nylon threads running through it)<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span>Cut strips as thin as you need them to be to fit inside the piercing you are working on.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_dYOW3_y9xoY\/SXeM9H36qZI\/AAAAAAAABFw\/XLbo6puRhn8\/s1600-h\/Judy%27s+Bracelet.JPG\"><span><img alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/dailyjewel.userblogs.ganoksin.coms\/wp-content\/plugins\/wp-o-matic\/cache\/00ba0_Judy%27s+Bracelet.JPG\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/a><span>These strips can be used to thread thru the piercings and, if you have a vise, hold on each end &#8211; use a sawing motion to sand.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em><span>If you don&#8217;t have a vise to hold your piece then you can thread the strip thru your piece and actually load the strip into your jewelers saw &#8211; voila &#8211; you have a hand free to hold your piece!<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong><em><span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><em><span>Photos Courtesy of Yolanda Lumel&#8217;s Camera Phone with the permission of Judy Bapties (isn&#8217;t that a great bracelet?)!
