Life has turned into a night mare. the nightly smell of pot and the <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">brake<\/span> ins that are <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">depleting<\/span> me of my <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">meds<\/span> very quickly. I can&#8217;t leave the house with out taking all my <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">meds<\/span> with me and <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">putting<\/span> everything of <span class=\"blsp-spelling-error\">sellable<\/span> value in my car or bank safe. I <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">finely<\/span> get a little gold and poof its gone. Guess she could care less about silver in odd shaped <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">ingots<\/span>. <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">OK<\/span> to more <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">clauses<\/span> to add to any lease if you buy a home you have the right to break you lease, now the important one. should the landlord use the property to commit a crime or commits a crime on the property you are renting that you have the right to terminate the lease and the landlord is to pay all <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">expenses<\/span> related to the rental and the move. landlords do credit checks on use and check\u00a0 with our old landlords to see we are good tenets. WHY are we not checking them out, had i done that I would have found a long string of people who had been taken by this woman. BE WARNED LANDLORDS now I will check you credit and with you record as a landlord. have <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">references<\/span> ready. I do make mistakes but <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">rarely<\/span> the same one twice. God I am stuck here for 2 more months I paid my rent 2 week early to help her out. the police have been here 3 times already this month. I only called once and I think the new <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">tenet<\/span> who just started to move and is already moving out may call again because of the fraud. and to think I help her by placing the ad that got that <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">tenet<\/span>, trust me I have <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">apologized<\/span> till I was blue in the face. and done all I can to make amends. if a landlord asks you to place a ad take it as a hint they can&#8217;t place one for them selves for a good <span class=\"blsp-spelling-corrected\">reason<\/span>.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ok I do not have a clue where to start but I am house or apartment hunting again. turns out my new landlady is a con artest and junky.
