These machines are not going away and they will only improve so I guess I had better get outa the way or jump on oh waite it has run me over and left me in the dust to languish in blissfull ignorance. If I knew how to run one of those cnc machines I am sure I would have one but I am more comfortable just doing it by hand. I was offered a kitamura my center vmc for free and I turned it down because it didnt have any handles, I just couldnt grasp having to tell it to do everything. I run all conventional machine tools at my shop and it is very tough, when I have to make somthing more than once.
