This money sandwiched brooch expresses abstract ideas of money, power, and injustice. The project was using found object: American currency.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;font-size: xx-small\"><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 24px\">This piece expresses the frustration of government corruption, unfair bureaucracy and stereotypes that September 11 has caused: a tragedy not only affected American victims but also non-Americans, immigrants, foreigners and the future Americans who has been living in the states for generations.
