Metalwerx <\/strong>in Waltham, Massachusetts offers the following weekly jewelry-making classes starting the week of April 12. Enroll 30 days in advance and save 5 percent with Early Bird registration. You may register via our website or call 781-891-3854 to sign up.<\/p>\n

Metalwerx offers classes for all skill levels. All weekly classes are 9 sessions, unless otherwise noted. Check www.metalwerx.com for class details, materials costs, and tools. MONDAYS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beginners: Jewelry I with Leslie Hartwell (10am \u2013 1 pm, $425); Introduction to Metal Clay with Michela Verani (6 \u2013 9 pm, three sessions, through April 26, $150).<\/p>\n

Intermediate: Jewelry II with Leslie Hartwell (1:30 \u2013 3:30 pm, $425); Intermediate Metal Clay Techniques <\/span>with Michela Verani (6 \u2013 9 pm, six sessions, starts May 3, $300). Note: sign up for both Metal Clay classes and save $25 on tuition!<\/p>\n

Beginners: Jewelry I with Diane Lawton (6:30 \u2013 9:30 pm, eight sessions, $375).<\/p>\n

Basic skills: Soldering Solutions with Leslie Hartwell (1:30 \u2013 4:30 pm, $425).<\/p>\n

All levels: Patinas on Metal with Karenna Maraj (10 am \u2013 1 pm, five sessions, through May 11, $240); Sculptural Knitting with Wire with Adrienne Sloane (three sessions, starts May 18, $150).<\/p>\n

Beginners: Low Tech Jewelry –No Torch, No Problem! With Joy Raskin (1:30 \u2013 4:30 pm, eight sessions, $375).<\/p>\n

Basic skills\/Intermediate: Directed Open Studio with David Baird (10 am \u2013 1 pm, eight sessions, $375); Jewelry II with Joy Raskin (6 \u2013 9 pm, eight sessions, $375).<\/p>\n
