Through these corrections I have lost almost all my free time on this day . The next day I found that I need to do a wax casting , because of my soldering, at 100 % rate I will melt a pattern when I will do filigree soldering . Well, it was too late . Solder flowed in small circles and form one mass . I had no idea what to do. Help came from my friends from the studio . They drew some solder in strange way , and didn’t melt it down. Without their help I would have to start from the beginning . \nOf course the next day , when I came to the studio ,\u00a0 I accidentally melted a large part of the frame. I have found new the levels of frustration and\u00a0 I was very discouraged . \n The next step was to make the fastening and set up a stone.I made fastening \u200b\u200bon the basis of what I found at my sister’s jewelry box. The idea was to make it simple, functional , fit for the project and able to own fix. Friend helped me with fixing the stone . I’ve never done it, so it was a good idea to show me “how to” . Then I took it for oxidation and finishing . I wanted the hairclip looked like handmade . Oxidation and polishing were designed to beautify the clip , but also gave the appearance of “old” . My girlfriend was studying archeology . She once took part in excavations in Sweden , and I thought that this clip should look like a Nordic treasure. I think it looks little bit similar, and my lack of skill in this case helped and gave it character.<\/em><\/p>\n
