Do you have plans for Summer 2009?
Come to Paris, Texas!
The Texas Institute of Jewelry Technology is very excited to be hosting a Jewelry Rendering and Counter Sketching Workshop with Remy Rotenier from August 17th – 20th 2009.
Remy Rotenier is a prestigious Jewelry designer who first studied jewelry design and gemology in Paris, France where he was born. Remy has had a successful career as a jewelry designer. He has worked as an in-house jewelry designer at Tiffany’s in New York and was Design Director for Kabana for twelve years. He opened Remy Design, Inc. two years ago and now works as an independent designer.
Remy carries his passion for jewelry design to the classroom to share with students his creativity, technical skills and work ethics. No previous drawing skills are required for this class! The class will start by developing basic sketching skills in pencil and by the end of the workshop students will be able to produce full color renderings of their own designs.
