In todays economy making a profit requires being efficient is more important than ever and as most jewelers know keeping your tools in working order and knowing how to fix them when they do break can save time and money. Gove Dee, the man in charge of maintaining the equipment at TIJT, took time from his lunch to give demonstrations on all of the major equipment such as Flex shafts, wax pots, centrifugal casting machines, buffing machines, rolling mills, Casting ovens, and several other machines. He also showed his class some tips and tricks for making old tools into new ones, and altering tools for specific uses.

Great idea.
I know that I have to look up information on my flex and various other things occasionally.
Sounds like a great opportunity for your students.
