Canvassing

by micheledodge on August 6, 2006

I’m up all night with a migraine. Again. I honestly don’t remember the last migraine-free day I had.

I put up flyers in San Francisco and Walnut Creek today, and I got to go to Herbivore in SF – they have the absolute best food! I also lost another game of Scrabble tonight. I’m definitely losing my Scrabble magic.

I plan to hit Berkeley next weekend. Like a tornado. Like a tornado with a migraine?

Question of the Day: How did my cat know to eat the most expensive beads I own? Are all cats gem appraisers?

I’m not sure if Bucky (Buckminsterfullerton?) Balls are more compact than diamonds. Is this something I will be tested on? They have very different structures, that’s fo sho.

I will start gathering marsh plants for the cats. It will save me money on Meow Mix.

I bet if you allow your cats to eat a lot of marsh plants, they’ll eventually sqeeze all the non-carbon elements out. Then in minutes you’d have instant diamonds.

What that carbon form that is more compact than diamonds? Bunky balls?

In that case, it’s really a darned shame that I didn’t retrieve the sapphire post-digestive-tract.

It’s something to keep in mind for next time, I suppose.

The cats know that a gem that has passed through a digetive track has sex appeal. Now you can advertise that the beads are even more rare.
