I don't know what type of agate this is, but I saw it at a gem show, and I HAD to buy it! It's clear with mossy green stripes running through it. The stones are marquis-shaped and measure approximately 28x11mm. I've paired this fabulous agate with green nephrite jade flat oval beads (14x10mm) and sterling silver beads.
This necklace measures 20 inches (50cm) in length, and it closes with a leafy style sterling silver toggle clasp. The decorative clasp can be worn either in the front or the back.

Sterling silver is an alloy consisting of a minimum of 92.5% silver (the other 7.5% is typically copper). I choose to use solid sterling instead of plated metal in my work because it is my experience that plating wears off. Properly cared for sterling silver lasts a lifetime and beyond.
