One thing nice about being a metal smith, taking a break away from just making jewelry and expanding the scope of work, diversifying into other markets, and quite frankly just having some fun. I had some grade 5 6Al 4V Titanium laying around the shop, so I decided to make some gadgetry. Guys LOVE gadgets…
A Tactical Golf Divot Tool. 6.5″ in length with an integrated bottle opener for those long days on the course.
Precision Tweezers Version 1.0 – 3″ long.
Short run production
I also got to break in a carbon fiber plate as a photographic back ground…adds a nice touch to the *toughness* of tweezers doesnt it…
Hope you enjoy!

I’m a FAN! That’s what I need more of: golf & perhaps a Heinekin.
You’ll be at SWAIA SFIM in August, right? Be sure to bring some of these! I want one!

What does one do to a divot with the divot tool? The tweezers are SO elegant! The carbon fibre (English spelling) background is SO cool and takes me back to my biking days too – as does Hans’s diamond ring which reminds me of a faired cafe racer style bike headlamp. The carbon fibre makes a superb background for your jewellery – an inspiration.

Very, very cool! Like the background, too.
I don’t golf and can’t justify a need for either but those are beautiful and seriously kewl tewls!
The tweezers look like a tuning fork and might do double duty as a hair pick/ornament. (I don’t have enough hair for that, either!)
