One of my favorite jewelry making magazines is “Step by Step Wire Jewelry”. In the September volume, I fell in love with this necklace called the Scroll gate chain. I had to give it a try. Made from 22 gauge silver wire and a lovely 23 ct. Ice blue topaz as a focus this will be a new addition to my Etsy store in the near future. (Thanks again AnnaLee!)
Marketing Tip:
Send handwritten thank-you notes. It’s old-fashioned, but it’s still a good way to show customers that you want their business. Even big-box retail salespeople send an occasional note. Just be sure it’s personalized. “Dear Valued Customer” will defeat the purpose.
