First off I finished and sent off this 5th rosary to my “special rosary friend” in the UK. It is a birthday gift for a family member and I thought I would make use of the extra crystals and make a matching necklace. Lisa loved it! Got some terrific news, she is excited about expecting her second child! Wish you and your new addition much health, happiness and blessings Lisa.
Next, Mom and I did the cemetery visits. So many need to be tended to. The hostas that we planted last year have taken at my godchild’s grave and my aunt’s as well. Unfortunately, we can’t plant where my Nana & Paul are buried and the groundskeeper neglected to place a flag at Paul’s grave yet again. We need to go back with one for him and we still need to make a visit to Fred’s dad in the coming week.
We held our annual Memorial Day barbeque with about 60 family and friends in attendance. The rain did not hold off as the weathermen predicted…big surprise….but we had fun none the less!
Don’t forget to post a comment as that enters you to win my June giveaway!!

Diane, my sister and I are always sure to take flowers to my mother’s grave and that of my baby brother. When I was a girl, several aunts got together with me and Mom and we make arrangements for several graves, then travelled together to 2 different cemeteries. It made a sad memory fun! Now it’s just our family that we tend the graves for, but it always makes me feel connected to their memories. Terihttp://www.sandtcreations.com/wordpress
