These earrings consist of square-shaped lampwork glass beads on handmade sterling silver ear wires. The glass has swirls of different colors including olive green, golden brown, and black. The beads measure approximately 13mm across. The earrings measure about 1 3/8 inches (3.2cm) in length from the tops of the ear wires.
I offer titanium ear wires at no additional charge for my metal-sensitive customers. They are simple ear wires that are dark silver in color. If you would like titanium ear wires, just let me know when you check out.
About sterling silver:
Sterling silver is an alloy consisting of a minimum of 92.5% silver (the other 7.5% is typically copper). I choose to use solid sterling instead of plated metal in my work because it is my experience that plating wears off. Properly cared for sterling silver lasts a lifetime and beyond.
