Here’s a tip I picked up for hanging pictures. Instead of buying craft paper, I just used newspaper.
Step 1:
Cut the paper to size of the frame, and fold it in half to get center.
Step 2:
Find the hook on the back of the frame and mark it with a pen on the paper, this will help when you go to put in a nail.
Step 3:
Use low tack tape (such a painter’s tape) to affix to the wall. This way you can move them around all you want without putting a bunch of holes in the wall.
Step 4:
Simply push the monkey hook or thumb tack in at the marked spot.
Step 5:
Pull the paper off, leaving the tacks in.
Step 6:
Hang your pictures and enjoy!
Hint:
I learned the hard way, especially when you have multiple frames that are the same size; write a short description on the paper. In my case, I had several matching frames, and I didn’t want them to be next to each other.
