Le stelle dell’ingegno, una mostra all’Istituto d’arte
Sono cinque i vincitori della seconda edizione del Concorso Nazionale “Le stelle dell’Ingegno” promosso da CNA Firenze, Istituto Statale d’Arte di Firenze, Associazione Casa Benvenuto Cellini e Fondazione di Firenze per l’Artigianato Artistico, con lo scopo di avvicinare il mondo scolastico alle imprese e stimolare gli studenti alla creatività.

Giovani talenti, scelti fra studenti italiani e stranieri iscritti a corsi universitari, istituti, scuole di design e scuole d’arte nell’anno accademico 2007/2008, che hanno realizzato gioielli contemporanei legati in maniera personale e creativa ad alcuni motivi iconografici selezionati dalle opere degli artisti fiorentini.

I progetti, ispirati al tema “I graffiti: segno dell’uomo nel tempo”, sono stati valutati e giudicati dalla commissione presieduta dal Presidente della Fondazione di Firenze per l’Artigianato Artistico Eugenio Taccini che, all’unanimità, ha individuato i cinque vincitori: Lorenzo Bernardi (Istituto Statale d’Arte di Firenze) , Alain Carlucci (Istituto Statale d’Arte di Firenze), Consuelo Fornaini (Scuola Perseo), Claudia Romano (Facoltà “Lettere e Filosofia, cultura e stilismo della moda”), Sada Yukari ( Scuola Perseo).
L’estro creativo e la spinta innovativa dei manufatti realizzati dagli studenti nei laboratori di oreficeria dell’Istituto d’Arte, saranno celebrati all’interno della mostra “Manialquadrato”, l’esposizione in programma fino all’8 novembre presso l’Istituto d’Arte, dedicata all’eccellenza delle creazioni di gioielleria, design, fotografia e scultura, che raccoglie, fra le altre, le opere dei maestri Valerio Salvadori, Francesca Del Magro, Luigi Rinaldelli, Micaela Rostan, Marco Frangini, Marco Garezzini, Elisabetta Manetti, Fabio Corsini.

“L’obiettivo del concorso è stato avvicinare le imprese artigiane al mondo scolastico per stimolare gli studenti alla creatività e riuscire a tramandare e trasmettere il sapere dell’arte orafa, rivedendo il tutto in chiave innovativa” ha commentato Mauro Fancelli, Presidente CNA Firenze “ E’ in questa ottica e per il raggiungimento di tale obiettivo che CNA Firenze, insieme agli altri partner, ha deciso di promuovere tale iniziativa”.

Il ciclo di iniziative legate al Concorso e alla Mostra si concluderà il 6 novembre p.v. con il seminario dal titolo “Design, Marketing e Comunicazione” curato da Valerio Salvatori e Federica Lorenzi (ore 11,00 – Aula Magna Istituto d’Arte).
