About

While I was growing up I was often tinkering with things, and many of the jobs I had as a youth and through school involved making and fixing things.

Now I’m a scientist, but I still like to work with metal, tools, and machines when I can. Last year I started taking classes at Creative Metalworks School of Design, a local jeweler-metalsmith shop, to be able to make pretty things for my wonderful girlfriend, and now I’m hooked.

This will be a journal of the things I try to pull off.
