Następnym etapem jest wykonanie mocowania kamienia. Szukałem kamienia o kolorze zielonym, najlepiej przezroczysty. Nigdy w życiu nie kupowałem kamienia, wiec udałem się na popularny w Polsce serwis aukcyjny i kupiłem swój pierwszy kamień. Jest to kamień półszlachetny o wymiarach takich, aby zmieścił się we wzorze.
The next step is to make setting for stone. I was looking for stone with green color , preferably transparent . I’ve never bought a stone , so I went on a popular auction site in Poland and I bought my first stone . It is a semi-precious stone with dimensions such that it fits in the model .

To teraz jak to zamocować? Zacząłem szukać w internecie filmików jak mocować kamienie. Wymyśliłem sobie, że jak wzór smoka jest z prostokątnego płaskownika to mocowanie kamienia też takie powinno być. Pierwsze, jakie wykonałem, okazało się niższe niż ramka- spód kamienia wystawał 3mm poniżej wzoru. Następne kilka prób też były nieudane, ponieważ miałem problemy z zrobieniem odpowiedniego wymiaru na długość. Nie polecam kamienia o kształcie gruszki na pierwszy kamień do osadzania. Wydaje mi się, że okrągły byłby łatwiejszy. Z pomocą jak zwykle przyszły koleżanki z pracowni. Podpowiedziały kilka rzeczy i powstało cos takiego:
Now how to fit it in? I’ve started looking on the internet for videos about setting stones . I figured to myself that as a dragon pattern is a rectangular flat, so the setting should be similar. First , what I’ve made , turned out to be lower than the bottom of the frame – 3mm stone sticking out below . The next few attempts were also unsuccessful because I had problems with makin the proper length . I don’t recommend pear-shaped stone on the first stone for setting. It seems to me that the round would be easier . As usual, friends from studio have came with help. Hints to a few things and created something like this:
No to już prawie końcówka. Zostały jeszcze do przylutowania zaciski, utrzymują one kamień na miejscu. Z przodu przylutowany został element w kształcie V a z tyłu dwa pręciki. Teraz już tylko filigran i mocowanie spinki i koniec;D
Well it’s almost the end .I have to solder terminals , they keep the stone in place. The front element is soldered V-shaped back with two rods . Now only filigree and mounting clips and end ; D

At beginning I though it wouldn’t be complicated, but now I know that it’s very ambitious for total beginners like me. I hope I won’t melt everything so I can show the result;D
I should finish before Christmas, I will try to post photos when I will have time
