Great News! I’m participating in the CraftForms2008 at the Wayne Art Center in Wayne, PA. Michael Monroe, the juror chose Thank You, Alan Revere, a very contemporary piece that incorporates Ancient gold granulation. This is the second exhibition that Monroe has chosen my work. What an honor! The exhibition starts Dec. 5th and runs through January.
I’m a Niche Finalist too! My new bracelet East Meets West which combines silver, white pearls, and 22kt gold granulation will be displayed at the Buyer’s Market of American Craft in February 2009 in Philadelphia. I’ll be exhibiting new work there as well. Drop by booth #900.
I will be teaching this Spring at the Creative Arts Center in Dallas. I will teach Loop-in-Loop Chains the weekends of March 14-15th and April 18-19th. I will be using Jean Stark’s book Classical Loop-in-Loop Chains & Their Derivatives. I’m looking forward to teaching again at a wonderful art facility.
